“I felt that entering a competition was an opportunity to push myself out of my comfort zone, to get creative and gain the confidence to push my skills to the next level” says Julie, “I love a good challenge and I’ve always done my best work when under pressure. I am so excited and it’s an honour to represent Mid-Canada by putting a spotlight on our Toronto baking scene.”
