Signature Macarons

The dainty macaron, deceptively simple, requires a strict management of technique. Each macaron is handmade using the French Method and formulated to align closer with almond than sugar. Ingredients are sustainably-sourced and flour is all made in-house to capture a virtuous flavour that is deep and exuberant.

VANILLA BEAN

An ode to vanilla that captures the sweetness of vanilla with hints of floral. Made with vanilla beans sourced from small vanilla farmers in Madagascar and prepared right here in Toronto, the combination is ideal concept of “local” vanilla.

 EARL GREY

Exceptionally rich black tea, delicately infused with a pinch of bergamot. This balanced blend of floral notes creates the perfect high tea experience.

PISTACHIO

The ultimate pistachio macaron, with the perfect green color and crafted from our own house-made pistachio flour and pistachio paste, allowing the natural flavour of the pistachios to fully express themselves.

CHOCOLATE

Delectable chocolate macaron featuring a sumptuous filling made with Lindt’s 100% traceable and verified cocoa beans, layered between two chocolate shells. Chocolate lovers, rejoice!

ROSE

Creamy and velvety white chocolate ganache complemented by delicate and floral notes of rosewater, providing a delightful contrast of textures in every bite.

Buttery soft sea salt caramel sandwiched between two pecan macaron shells, both coming together to provide a perfect harmony between nutty, sweet and buttery.

Each cake entices a perfect combination of aromatic flavours that produce a decadent, while still light and fresh, dessert. Made with sustainably-sourced and local ingredients, our cakes are all prepared in-house, including the jams and custards.

VANILLA BEAN

Moist vanilla cake made with Madagascar vanilla, layered with smooth vanilla bean buttercream. The vanilla beans are sourced from small vanilla farmers in Madagascar and prepared locally in Toronto, resulting in a perfect combination of “local” and “sustainably-sourced” vanilla.

CLASSIC CHOCOLATE

ORANGE & WILDFLOWER HONEY

Light and citrusy orange-infused cake layered with salted honey curd and honey buttercream, both made with wildflower honey sourced from urban bees in Toronto. The unique and complex flavour profile perfectly balances the sweet and savoury notes of the honey. Not only is this cake a satisfying indulgence, but it also supports sustainable and ethical beekeeping practices.

LEMON, BLUEBERRY & ELDERFLOWER

Lemon-infused cake featuring plump and juicy fresh wild blueberries. The cake is finished with buttercream made with the delicate and unique flavour of elderflower grown in British-Columbia, imparting a delicate floral note that elevates the experience.

CHAMPAGNE & STRAWBERRY

Light champagne cake made with bubbly from the renowned Niagara region. The cake is layered with a luscious strawberry preserve, adding a fruity sweetness to every bite. To top it off, a decadent champagne buttercream is generously spread, creating a creamy and luxurious finish.

HAZELNUT & RED CURRANT LINZER

German-inspired Linzer Torte cake crafted with moist hazelnut sponge that melts in your mouth. PANDAN & GULA MELAKA

Southeast Asian-inspired pandan cake layered with rich and creamy gula melaka buttercream. The subtle floral aroma of pandan leaves gives this cake its beautiful green hue and unique flavour.
