VANILLA BEAN

Moist vanilla bean cake made with Madagascar vanilla, layered with our Signature Vanilla buttercream. The vanilla beans are sourced from small vanilla farmers in Madagascar and prepared locally in Toronto, resulting in a perfect combination of “local” and “sustainably-sourced” vanilla.

Moist chocolate cake made with Lindt’s 100% traceable cocoa, filled with smooth milk chocolate and topped with rich fudge frosting. Every bite is chocolatey, indulgent, and totally delicious.

Citrusy orange cake layered with salted honey curd and honey buttercream, made with wildflower honey from urban bees in Toronto. The honey adds a perfect balance of sweet and savoury, supporting sustainable and ethical beekeeping.

Lemon-infused cake featuring plump and juicy fresh wild blueberries. The cake is finished with our Signature Vanilla buttercream.
